INSURANCE INFORMATION
Rao Psychiatry operates as an out-of-network practice and does not directly bill public or private insurance. Upon request, we can provide you with an itemized invoice to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement under your plan's out-of-network benefits. We recommend contacting your insurance provider in advance to understand your out-of-network coverage.

Fees for document requests (forms, letters, documentation) are based on time required to complete.

Patients on controlled or triplicate medications require monitoring appointments every 3 months per regulatory requirements.

Prescription refill resends due to pharmacy issues may incur a $25 fee per resend.
